PROM PROMISE 2014 Assembly, Teen Court, Thanking the Volunteers
Event was held at the Queen Anne’s County High School on May 14, 2014 8:30 a.m. This year’s event included a trial with Queen Anne’s County State’s Attorney, Lance Richardson, a mock crash with rescue efforts by Queen Anne’s County first responders and closing with inspirational words from Suzanne Elzey, founder of CruisSafe Foundation and Betty and Liz Marks founder of Don’t Text and Drive 4 Liz Marks.
Prom Promise is a joint effort with Queen Anne’s County High School and Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services. Several other agencies are participating in the event such as; Queen Anne’s County Volunteer Fire and EMS Commission, Queen Anne’s County State Attorney’s Office, Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office ,Centreville Police Department and drama students from Queen Anne’s County High School.
