QAC Animal Services and the New TNR Program
QAC Animal Services and the New TNR Program
Have you heard about the new TNR program at Animal Services? Well, youre about to.
From their website:
Are stray cats a problem in your community or on your property? Queen Anne’s County Animal Services has a new FREE service to help.
-Each cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated and ear tipped so they can be easily identified as part of the TNR Program, then returned to their original homes.
-TNR is the most humane and effective method of dealing with unwanted litters, reducing the number of strays and save the taxpayer thousands by keeping them out of shelters!
-TNR is a proven, effective strategy for stopping the spread of stray/feral cats in your community.
-Cats must be brought into our shelter for the surgery in either an approved trap or a trap rented from us, only $25 per trap
Please call QACAS at 410-827-7178 for more information or to sign up for our FREE service today!
