Bay Bridge Announcement and New License Plate Unveiling 8/30/2016

This afternoon Governor Larry Hogan announced the start of a study that will identify the location and explore potential funding options for a new Chesapeake Bay crossing. The $5 million Tier 1 National Environmental Policy Act Study will begin this fall.
He also unveiled a new Maryland license plate design featuring the state flag. The new plates will be standard-issue beginning September 26.
