Three Queen Anne’s County Youth with an adult adviser (Kathy Wright, Prevention Coordinator) attended the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) Mid-Year Training Institute in Austin, Texas July 21-26, 2013. The youth learned about the Strategic Prevention Framework and identified the biggest substance abuse problem among teens in Queen Anne’s County, MD.
