Convicted in 1997 on a Possession of Marijuana charge Eagle failed to appear on a contempt of court hearing in November 1999.
At that time he had an address on Main Street in Queenstown

Atherholt failed to appear for his Circuit Court trial on July 13th of 2014 on CDS (not Marijuana) charges
