CANDICE MARIE TIMMS a 23 year old White Female
Timms is wanted for failure to appear on CDS violations, Driving while suspended and Negligent & Reckless driving charges.
She is also wanted on an Arrest Warrant charging her with Contribution to the Condition of a Child following a video surfacing in which she is observed allowing a three year old child to drive a motor vehicle on the highway.
Timms is listed at 5’05” tall and 110 Pounds
Her last known address is located in Sudlersville on Sudlersville Road.

WILLIAM LAWRENCE GREEN
Wanted reference to Child Support
Green is a big guy shown as 6’6” and 345 pounds so he should be too hard to spot.
He’ll soon be 60 years old
He usually goes by Larry, Williw or LW Green but has also used the name of Lawrence Willey according to records.
He’s listed his address as a PO Box, but may be living on Riverside Drive in Chester.

It never ceases to amaze me just how many people drive while suspended, revoked or simply without a license. The roads are dangerous enough with licensed drivers. Here’s a couple “Drivers” we need to get out from behind the wheel.
MARIO STEPHEN MENDEZ from Easton, MD.
Wanted for Violation of Probation on numerous charges including Driving without a license, Negligent & Reckless driving and DWI. According to the warrant one of the violations was his interlock ignition recorded a high BAC reading at 4:30 in the morning.
Mendez is a white male, 5’9” and 200 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes
He has tattoos on both arms and on his back.
His last known address was in the Greens Apartments off of South Washington Street in Easton.

PAUL HENRY HANKS Jr.
Charged in August of 2016 with Violation of Probation on his 4th degree Sex Offense charges after he failed to comply with requirements of Parole & Probation including failure to verify any employment and to obey all laws as he was arrested for assault.
Hanks is last known to reside in the Glen Burnie area.
He is a 48 years ole white male listed at 5’10” 150 Pounds with Brown Hair & Blue eyes.
