Paying Attention and Guided Meditation

It’s really important to make time for yourself when you’re the caregiver for someone else. It takes practice to pay attention, really pay attention…to the moment. Meditation is helpful for focusing and helping you to relax. Susan Gannon, Certified Cognitive Stimulation Instructor, of the Serenity Enhancement Center, does a great job providing ideas to take help with these two subjects during her interactive presentation at the 2019 Maryland Access Point Caregiver’s Conference.
