Phase 1 of Southern Kent Island Project Groundbreaking

The SKI Sewer Project will serve over fifteen hundred existing homes and eight commercial properties with an anticipated 560 infill properties. Phase one, which is beginning here today, includes construction of the main truck line. It will be a sealed pressure system, which will prevent ground and storm water from getting into the line. We talked with Todd Mohn from the Department of Public Works about what this project means for Southern Kent Island residents.
You can visit to the SKI Community Office at 9410 Romancoke Road with any questions or concerns about this project.
