In this episode: One of our older warrants is for ROGER WAYNE IVINS charged with Violation of Probation on a Theft charge from 1992. Over the years we’ve known that Ivins is residing in Virginia and in fact we’ve attempted to encourage him to come and clear the warrant on his own. Years back there was a roadblock with any possible extradition, but with the assistance of SA Lance Richardson we are now becoming more aggressive in returning fugitives from out of state. So Mr. Ivins, be forewarned.

Ivins is a white male now 49 years old with brown hair and blue eyes. He’s from QA and a graduate from QA High School with family still in the area. He is living in Chesapeake Virginia and is a CEO of Priority Services in that area. Roger, it appears that you’re a responsible person and it’s time to resolve this. Give me a call.

The Sheriff’s Office has also increased the use of Social Media. QA MW episodes are posted on our FB page as well as other wanted persons such as “Friday Fugitive”, “Wanted Wednesday”, “Traffic Tuesday” and “Weekend Warrant”.

A recent Friday Fugitive was CHARISSA YVONNE MARQUEZ wanted for the Failure to appear on Theft, Theft Scheme, Theft of Credits Cards and Intent to Extort. Marquez has an alias of Charissa Hall.

Marquez is a 38 year old female with brown hair & eyes. She’s listed as 5’4” and 140 pounds. The warrant listed her address as Sudlersville but we’ve been told she’s relocated to Pennsylvania.
Recently another “Friday Fugitive” Mary Ann Dillinger was posted and within two weeks and she was taken into custody by Baltimore Police.

A lot of the warrants we have on file are Failure to Appear Bench Warrants often on minor charges. But by not coming to court, we have the duty to locate that person and present them to the court.

For instance, CATHY ANN PHARIS was charged with driving a Motor Vehicle without the required license and failed to show on August 18th. The court issued a Bench Warrant with an address in Marydel but the Caroline Sheriff’s Office attempted service and advised she’s believed to have relocated to Anne Arundel County.
Pharis is listed at 5’05” and 250 pounds with Brown Hair and Hazel eyes. She’s also used the name of Cathy Ann Dalton at some time.

With the new laws regarding marijuana possession under 10 grams and a civil citation being issued rather than an arrest, we are now beginning to receive Bench Warrants for persons failing to appear on these violations. One such Bench Warrant was issued for Nicole Ann Boone (23) of Queenstown. Boone is listed as a white female, 5’05 and 130 pounds with brown hair. Unfortunately for her now, when she’s located she’ll have to be booked and go before a District Court Commissioner to be released.

So any viewers that have been issued civil citations for possession of marijuana or underage possession of alcohol be sure show in court as directed and save you a whole lot of inconvenience.
