This time of the year here on the Eastern Shore, one of the biggest complaints is about the traffic especially heading to the beach. Roads are clogged, long backups at times and in the event there's an accident complete stoppage. We have an additional problem as traffic arrests increase such as DWI, driving suspended and driving without a license.
