In March of 2012 JOHN EDGAR GRAY Jr. was sentenced to 20 years for Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS with the Judge suspending 18 ½ years. Gray was also put on probation for five years upon his release.
In November 2016, Gray’s Probation Agent reported to the court that he had failed to obey all laws, submit to drug testing and failed to report as directed. Based on that information, a Bench Warrant was issued.
John Gray is a 48 year old African American male, 5’11” 200 Pounds with scars on his face. Gray’s last known address was in LaPlata Maryland.

We had profiled Harley Dean Duarte on Most Wanted and on Facebook after a warrant was issued for him charging him with violation of probation. Duarte was on probation after serving 18 months on a 10 year sentence for Theft Scheme $1000 to $10,000.
Detectives investigating Thefts from Vehicles in the Sudlersville / Barclay area served a search warrant at a residence on Duhamel Corner Road on September 22nd of last year and discovered a small lab to manufacture methamphetamine. Duarte wasn’t at the residence and fled the area.
Duarte was arrested last week in Philadelphia and waived extradition. On the 25th of January, deputies went to Philadelphia and returned him to Queen Anne’s County. On his arrival he was served the VOP warrant and a second warrant with charges including 12 counts manufacturing Meth, CDS possession, Possession of firearms while a felon, CDS Paraphernalia and illegal possession of ammo by a felon.

We profiled Lawrence William Green several times who was wanted on a non-support warrant was arrested on January 11th in Caroline County and transferred to Queen Anne’s.
Jessica Ann Walker was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant on January 10th. Walker failed to appear on September 28th, 2016 on theft charges.

These two men are wanted for questioning reference to two Flim Flam or Short money exchange at two local banks. They are also believed to be suspects in another scam here in Queen Anne’s where they or a female accomplice approach subjects and tell a sob story such as they have no gas money or have lost their wallet and can’t get back home. They offer to give you several pieces of gold jewelry in exchange for cash with the promise to mail the cash to the victim for return of the jewelry. Problem is, as numerous people are finding out, the jewelry is worthless. We believe the suspects are eastern European but also can pass as Middle Eastern.
No we know there’s more victims than have reported being scammed as pawn shops in the area have told us there have been quite a few victims that have tried to pawn the junk jewelry. There’s no reason to be ashamed and by reporting the crimes will help us capture these two.

CHARLES RICHARD NAYLOR is charged on a Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation reference to an Assault Conviction. Violations include failure work regularly, payment of fees, and failure to notify the agent when charged with a new crime or jailable traffic offense.
Naylor had an address on Benfield Road in Severna Park. He may still stay there but has recent former addresses in Chester and Greensboro as well. He may also be in Florida as he has ties there as well.
Naylor is a white male 5’8” 210 pounds He may be working with a heating & cooling company.

ROBERT DANIEL COX
Cox is wanted by the Circuit Court after he failed to appear in court for a non-support hearing in May of 2015. When the warrant was issued it listed Mainbrace Drive in Queenstown as his address.
Cox is a 32 year old white male with Brown Hair and Hazel eyes. He is listed at 5’09” and 150 Pounds.
Records indicate he has tattoos on both arms and left shoulder. Records also list him to resist arrest.
He goes by Bobby Cox and an alias of Robin Palechek.
Cox was posted on our Facebook Page in September last year as a “Friday Fugitive” and we received several tips that he could be in the Glen Burnie area or in Virginia Beach VA.
